Jingtuo Bearing, founded in 2006, is a modern, technology-driven enterprise integrating R&D and manufacturing. The company is a member of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the China Construction Machinery Association, and the China Bearing Industry Association. It is also a national high-tech enterprise, a national standard drafting and formulating unit, a specialized and innovative enterprise in Hebei Province, a "leader" in Hebei Province's characteristic industrial cluster, the supervisory chairman unit of the Hebei Bearing Association, the Handan Bearing Technology Innovation Center, and the vice-chairman unit of the Handan Bearing Association. Since its establishment, the company has been committed to the research and manufacture of high-quality, high-precision bearings, with production quality levels above P6 and noise and vibration values reaching Z3V3. Its registered brand, JITO, is registered in the EU and Madrid, and was awarded the title of "Famous Trademark of Hebei Province" in 2024.
The company is ISO9001:2015 and IATF/16949:2016 certified for quality management systems, and ISO14001 certified for environmental management systems. It holds dozens of invention and utility patents. The company has been recognized as a "Hebei Province Contract-Abiding and Credit-Honoring Enterprise" by the Hebei Enterprise Credit Promotion Association and the Hebei Enterprise Credit Research Institute, and a "Hebei Province Science and Technology Enterprise" by the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, among other honors and certificates. The project has a total investment of 180 million yuan, currently employs 260 people, and generates an annual output value of nearly 200 million yuan. The company boasts two production sites: forging, turning, and heat treatment; and finishing, assembly, and warehousing. It also includes a research building and a CNAS-accredited laboratory, totaling over 30,000 square meters.
JITO products are widely used in passenger cars, commercial vehicles, engineering vehicles, forklift masts, agricultural machinery, papermaking, mining, metallurgy, machine tools, etc. In order to provide better services to customers, we have set up a sales company in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, with very convenient transportation, 15 minutes away from Liaocheng High-speed Railway Station and 1 hour away from Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport. In order to improve the company's visibility, our company goes to various countries for exhibitions and publicity many times a year, and participates in the Shanghai International Bearing Professional Exhibition, China Import and Export Fair, Beijing International Automobile Exhibition, Shanghai Frankfurt Auto Parts Exhibition, etc.
The company's CNAS national accredited laboratory has introduced advanced testing and experimental instruments: three-coordinate, length measuring instrument, sine meter, spectrometer, profiler, roundness meter, vibration meter, projector, hardness tester, metallographic analyzer, bearing fatigue life tester, hub unit bearing simulation tester, hub unit mud tester and other measuring instruments. The quality of the product is fully inspected and controlled, and the comprehensive performance of the product is fully inspected to ensure that JITO products are zero-defective. Our products have been matched with many domestic and foreign OEMs, and currently our products are also exported to nearly 30 countries in Europe, South America, North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
